Thank you for choosing Fergarden. To ensure a safe and convenient shopping experience, we currently only support PayPal as your payment method. Here are the details:

1. Payment Method Overview

PayPal: A leading, secure, and reliable global online payment platform, supporting the following payment methods:

  • PayPal account balance
  • Linked credit or debit card
  • PayPal automatic currency conversion payment

We do not currently support other payment methods (such as bank transfer, direct credit card payment, Apple Pay, Alipay, or WeChat Pay).

2. Payment Process

  • On the checkout page, select the PayPal payment option.
  • The system will redirect you to the official PayPal payment page.
  • Log in to your PayPal account and confirm the payment information, including the payment amount and recipient information.
  • After completing the payment, PayPal will generate a transaction receipt.
  • Once Fergarden receives the payment confirmation, it will process the order and arrange shipment within 1–3 business days.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email containing order details and payment information.

Important Note: Please ensure you complete all steps during the payment process and wait for payment confirmation; otherwise, the order may not be generated, or the payment may fail.

3. Payment Currency and Exchange Rate Explanation

  • All Fergarden orders are settled in US Dollars (USD).
  • If you use a non-USD account to pay, PayPal will convert the currency at the current exchange rate, which may incur additional currency conversion fees borne by the user.
  • It is recommended to check the available balance in your PayPal account or bank card before payment to avoid payment failure.

4. Security and Privacy Protection

  • PayPal uses industry-leading encryption to protect transactions and user account information.
  • Fergarden does not store users' PayPal login information, complete credit card numbers, or payment passwords.
  • Payment information is encrypted throughout the transmission process to ensure the security of funds and personal information.
  • If you encounter any abnormalities during the payment process, you can contact PayPal customer service directly or notify Fergarden simultaneously for assistance with verification.

5. Payment Confirmation and Receipt

  • After payment is completed, PayPal will automatically send a payment confirmation email as proof of transaction.
  • Fergarden will send an order confirmation email after the system confirms the payment.
  • If you require an official Fergarden invoice, please provide your order number and relevant information via email when placing your order or after payment. We will provide an electronic invoice or PDF within a reasonable time. Receipt

6. Refunds and Payment Disputes

  • If an order requires a refund due to insufficient stock, product issues, or other Fergarden reasons, the refund will be returned to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on PayPal's or the bank's processing speed.
  • If an order is cancelled or returned for the user's own reasons, the refund will deduct the applicable shipping or fees (if any). It will be returned to the original payment method via PayPal.

  • Ensure that the bank card or credit card linked to your PayPal account is valid.

8. Cross-border Payment Tips

  • International orders may involve cross-border transactions and currency conversions. PayPal... Payment will be processed based on location and currency.
  • Users are responsible for PayPal's currency conversion fee and any applicable bank fees.
  • After payment, Fergarden will process delivery and customs clearance in accordance with its Shipping Policy.
