After confirming the situation, we will provide corresponding solutions, including return, exchange, or refund.

4. Returnable Items with Shipping Costs Borne by the Buyer

The following situations do not constitute product quality issues; however, if the return criteria are met, we support returns. The buyer must bear the relevant return shipping costs:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, but is no longer needed due to personal reasons.
  • The actual color, size, or appearance differs from personal expectations, but there are no errors in the product description itself.

Whether a return is possible will be assessed based on the following factors:

  • Whether the product remains in a brand-new, resalable condition.
  • Whether the product packaging and accessories are complete.
  • Actual inventory status and logistics costs incurred by the return.

  • For returns due to personal reasons, preference differences, or non-quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Additional costs incurred during the return process (such as customs duties, clearance fees, or other surcharges) are also the buyer's responsibility.
  • We recommend that you choose a trackable shipping method for the return and pack the goods appropriately to ensure safe delivery and a smooth refund or exchange.

8. Refund Processing Process and Time

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 3-7 business days.
  • The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
  • The actual arrival time may vary depending on the bank or payment platform's processing speed.
