  • All orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Order processing includes: order confirmation, product preparation, quality inspection, and packaging.
  • During promotional events or peak order periods, processing time may be slightly longer. I appreciate your understanding.

Please note: Order processing time is not included in the delivery time.

2. Delivery Regions, Carriers, and Delivery Times

North America (USA, Canada)

  • Carrier: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or local partner logistics providers
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days

Delivery time may be delayed due to customs clearance, local delivery efficiency, or weather conditions.

Europe (UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, etc.)

  • Carrier: DHL, DPD, GLS, or local postal system
  • Estimated delivery time: 8–18 business days

Delivery time may be extended in some countries during customs clearance or holidays.

Asia (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Southeast Asia, etc.)

  • Carrier: EMS, SF Express International, local postal service, or partner logistics providers
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days

Overall delivery speed in Asia is relatively stable; specific delivery times depend on local delivery conditions.

Oceania (Australia, New Zealand)

  • Carrier: Australia Post, NZ Post, or partner international logistics providers
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–16 business days

Remote areas may require an additional 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page based on your shipping region, order weight, and delivery method.

4. Shipping Notification and Tracking

  • Logistics information updates may be delayed; please be patient while the system synchronizes.

  • International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or other related fees.
  • The relevant authorities collect all taxes and fees in the destination country or region, and the buyer must bear them.
  • Fergarden cannot estimate or control the specific amount of taxes and fees; we recommend that you familiarize yourself with local policies before placing your order.

6. Address Information and Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate when placing your order, including:

  • Recipient's name
  • Detailed address
  • Contact number

The buyer is responsible for any delays, returns, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information or inability to contact the recipient.

7. Handling of Delivery Abnormalities

If any of the following situations occur:

  • Logistics information has not been updated for a long time.
  • The package is delayed or suspected to be lost.
  • The actual goods received do not match the order.
